Elizabeth Tarpley

President

Elizabeth has an extensive technology and management background including her position as the Director of Technology at SCORE! Educational Centers, where she managed the company’s corporate IT development efforts and IT functional support and was responsible for technology initiatives at all 165 centers nationwide; and Director of Information Systems at the South Side Help Center, which oversaw technology initiatives in nine separate city sites for a full service social service agency.

Omar Tarpley

Vice President of Engineering and Design 

Omar Tarpley has been in the Engineering field for a decade.  As an independent consultant to small businesses, he has helped automate processes via his innovative design vision. He also designed casings for many of the cell phones that are on the market today for leading manufacturers.  Omar has a Dual Degree in Engineering from North Carolina A&T University and Morehouse College.  Omar most recently designed the MyPC product line for children and was one of the founding employees of TTS.

Don Dekelak

Chief Business Advisor

Don Debelak has since 2000 been the monthly columnist of Bright Ideas for Entrepreneur magazine and is the author of three of the best-known invention books of the last 15 years.  Don has spent his career marketing products for new and small businesses, writing numerous business plans for raising money, both from investors and banks.  Don has  worked with all types of businesses, especially as a consultant for the University of St. Thomas Small Business Center, from small one man service businesses to high-tech ventures that are set up to raise money and launch a new product.

Natasha Tarpley

Creativity/Educational Advisor

Natasha Tarpley is the award-winning author of several books for children and adults including the best-selling I Love My Hair! (Little, Brown & Company), Destiny's Gift (Lee & Low), Joe-Joe's First Flight (Alfred Knopf), Testimony: Young African Americans on Self-Discovery and Black Identity (Beacon Press), and the memoir Girl in the Mirror: Three Generations of Black Women in Motion (Beacon).  Her most recent publication is, What I Know Is Me: Black Girls Write about Their World (forthcoming, Doubleday/Harlem Moon).  A graduate of Harvard University, she is the recipient of numerous awards and fellowship including a National Endowment for the Arts Fellowship.  Ms. Tarpley has been invited to speak and teach creative writing to students of all ages around the country.  She lives and works in New York City and Chicago.

Anthony Nelson

Art Director

Anthony Nelson is a multi-talented digital media artist that has been working in the industry for over 10 years. His diverse range of skills has not only given him more control over the final presentation of his work to potential clients and employers, but has also given him the opportunity to work in a larger variety of fields including traditional and computer animation, graphic design, interactive multimedia, video editing, web design, motion graphics and traditional art. It is because of these traits that Anthony has worked as a successful freelance artist for some of Chicago's most prestigious companies.
